Group Services

Experience:

In the last four years, our team has facilitated a variety of different groups. Some of these include gaining skills to cope with problematic situations, self-esteem and body image groups, psycho-educational groups, groups for adults struggling with emotional eating, and groups dedicated to young adult transitions.

Current options:

CHH has a young adult group every week on Sunday nights (Thursdays during the summer) from 5:30pm-6:45pm for women ages 21-33 struggling with eating disorder symptoms, body image, and life stressors/transitions. A high school and college age group is currently being formed which will include women ages 15-21.
