Our primary mission is to empower our clients to take control of challenging/ difficult areas in their lives through the use of skill-based, present-focused, goal-oriented, and scientifically-proven treatments.

Maddie Sechrist, MS, earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Spanish from Arcadia University and is currently a third-year doctoral student in clinical psychology at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Her current clinical training includes practicum placements at PCOM Psychological Services, the Center for Brief Therapy, and PCOM Family Medicine Behavioral Health Services.

She has experience delivering evidence-based cognitive behavioral interventions to children and adults with a range of mental health concerns and has worked within an integrated care setting, collaborating closely with medical providers to assess patient needs, provide focused interventions, and coordinate care. Her previous experience also includes supporting children in school-based settings as they develop emotional regulation and coping skills.

Her research interests include mindful parenting, the effects of technology on parent-child interactions, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and perinatal mental health.
