Our primary mission is to empower our clients to take control of challenging/ difficult areas in their lives through the use of skill-based, present-focused, goal-oriented, and scientifically-proven treatments.

Christy is a doctoral practicum student at The Center for Hope & Health and a third-year PsyD student in the Clinical Psychology program at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). She earned her BA from Rutgers University and completed her MA in Clinical Psychology and School Psychologist certification at Montclair State University. Prior to beginning her doctoral training, she worked as a school psychologist in public school settings, supporting children and adolescents with a range of academic, emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs.

Her clinical experience includes school-based counseling, psychoeducational assessment, special education case management, and work across a variety of mental health settings. In addition to her practicum at The Center for Hope & Health, she is currently completing training at NeurAbilities, where she conducts psychological assessments. Her doctoral training at PCOM emphasizes evidence-based treatment, with a particular focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and related cognitive and behavioral approaches.

Christy is especially interested in working with individuals experiencing eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and perinatal and postpartum mental health concerns. She values a collaborative, supportive approach to care and is committed to continuing to expand her clinical knowledge and skills in order to support individuals with a wide range of needs.
