Dr. Collins takes a collaborative, relational, and evidence-based approach to therapy. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Exposure and response prevention (ERP), working to align treatment to each client’s goals and values.
