Erica Ricciardi

Erica obtained her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Immaculata University. She has been with the CHH team since January 2020. Erica enjoys working with various populations including eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and phobias. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and uses a collaborative approach with her clients to create both a directive but warm and non-judgmental environment. Erica is passionate about helping her clients challenge themselves and explore their inner strengths in order to make the necessary changes for a happier, healthier life. Her passion for mental health stems from her advocacy and volunteer experiences with organizations such as Crisis Text Line and To Write Love On Her Arms.
