Alyssa Hertz, M.S., M.S.

Alyssa is currently a doctoral student in the Clinical Psychology (PCOM) program at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating in 2022. She received her M.S. in Clinical and Mental HEalth Counseling as well as in Clinical Psychology from PCOM as well. Alyssa has extensive experience treating patients with eating disorders, and completed her practicum at the Anxiety and OCD Treatment Center in Wilmington, DE where she focused on patients with OCD. SHe also completed an internship in Houston, TX treating eating disorders at Baylor College of Medicine. She has been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), CBT Enhanced (CBT-E), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Her dissertation focused on disordered eating and body checking behaviors in female college athletes, and she is particularly interested in treating individuals with eating disorders, OCD, and anxiety disorders.
