Dr. Jenna DiLossi, Psy.D., ABPP

Dr. DiLossi is the co-founder and clinical director of CHH and specializes in cognitive-behavioral treatments for eating disorders, body image concerns, OCD, PTSD, phobias, other anxiety disorders. Dr. DiLossi is licensed as both a clinical psychologist and professional counselor in Pennsylvania and is a board certified specialist in Behavioral and Cognitive Psychology through the American Board of Professional Psychology. She has additional specialized credentialing as a Diplomate CBT-Certified Therapist CBT-Certified Therapist and Certified Trainer Consultant through the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies and as a Certified Prolonged Exposure Therapist and Supervisor through the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. DiLossi also serves as an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Psychology at Saint Joseph’s University and a clinical facilitator at the Minding Your Mind Foundation.

In addition to direct service, Dr. DiLossi shares her expertise by providing clinical supervision and consultation to master’s and doctoral level trainees, presenting at professional conferences and continuing education workshops, and contributing to local media outlets regularly. She completed her first Master of Science degree in Counseling & Clinical Health Psychology at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) in 2011. Dr. DiLossi continued her education at PCOM and later obtained a second Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology in 2014 and a Doctor of Psychology degree in Clinical Psychology in 2016 wherein she completed her dissertation on “feeling fat,” weight-gain feedback, and perfectionism in women. Her expertise in eating disorders developed by working as a primary therapist at the Renfrew Center for 5 years and receiving specialized training from the Centre for Research on Eating Disorders at the University of Oxford. She also gained experience with a variety of diagnoses and clinical issues throughout her doctoral training via clinical placements at the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for Cognitive Therapy, Drexel University’s Division of Neuropsychology, and an APA-Accredited psychology internship at Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems. She completed her post-doctoral training at the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for the Treatment & Study of Anxiety, wherein she obtained specialized training in Prolonged Exposure for PTSD, Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD, and other exposure-based treatments for anxiety. Dr. DiLossi has particular interests in both PTSD for sexual assault survivors and the comorbid presentation of OCD and eating disorders. She is currently co-authoring a text for clinicians, Comorbid Eating Disorders and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder: A Clinician’s Guide to Challenges in Treatment, scheduled to be published in 2022 via Cambridge University Press.
